Warranty Policy

All Pilates reformers and equipment supplied by The Pilates Collective FZ LLC are covered by the following limited warranty, applicable across the UAE, UK, and USA.

Warranty Coverage Periods

  • Wooden Frame:
    The wooden frame of the reformer is covered by a 10-year limited warranty, applicable solely to structural or manufacturing defects.

  • All Other Components:
    All non-frame components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, including but not limited to:

    • Springs

    • Straps and ropes

    • Footbar and foot platform

    • Carriage and wheels

    • Upholstery and padding

    • Pulleys, risers, and moving or mechanical parts

    • Accessories and attachments

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only arising under normal, intended use of the product.

At our discretion, an approved warranty claim may result in:

  • Repair of the defective component

  • Replacement of the defective component

  • Replacement of the product (where applicable)

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear, marks, or surface imperfections developing over time

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, modification, or incorrect setup

  • Damage caused by impact, dropping, moisture exposure, or environmental conditions

  • Damage caused by relocation, transportation, or third-party handling after delivery

  • Issues not reported or documented at the time of delivery

  • Commercial overuse beyond the product’s intended design specifications

Warranty Claims Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  • Claims must be submitted in writing to hello@thepilatescollective.co

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Photo and/or video evidence may be requested

  • Claims will be assessed in line with this warranty policy and applicable consumer protection laws

Failure to comply with delivery inspection and documentation requirements (including submission of the delivery condition video, where applicable) may affect the assessment of warranty claims.

Statutory Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory consumer rights available under applicable laws in the UAE, UK, or USA.
